Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Vince is the middle sibling of four and grew up playing sports, which fueled his self-motivation and people skills. His journey began right after high school as a licensed barber, where he honed his ability to connect with people while pursuing his college education. He enjoys staying active through fitness and cherishing time with family & friends. In 2016, he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Driven by a desire to build meaningful relationships, Vince shifted his focus to real estate in 2017 where he quickly developed a passion and became part of multiple top-performing real estate teams in both Sacramento and San Diego, California.
In 2024, Vince earned his broker's license and took the leap to start his own firm, Wells Estates, where he leads a diverse team of agents, offering a wide range of expertise to serve clients throughout Northern and Southern California. With nearly a decade of experience, Vince's commitment to exceeding client expectations has been a cornerstone of his success.
